HTC Child Development students will have an opportunity to transfer their A.S. degrees to Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall beginning the fall of 2007.  It's a great opportunity for students to begin the road towards a Bachelors' Degree in Education.  With this degree students may be licensed to teach through third grade.  Click on any of the following links to learn more about this great opportunity, and receive information how to begin.   It is possible for students to begin some of the coursework if they are near the end of the A.S. degree plan.  Talk to HTC advisor (Carla Weigel or Ellen Werr) to learn more about this opportunity.   You may also contact Betty Roers, the coordinator at SMSU.
